Our leadership team have all held senior positions at top research, consultancy and strategy businesses. They are devoted to inspiring and leading a team of research, statistical and marketing professionals, delivering insights for growth.
Jim has over 20 years’ experience transforming and growing companies. Previously, Jim was CEO and founder of The Bletchley Group, providing consultancy to international corporations – from start-ups to household names.
Managing Director UK
Adele has been in research, strategy and marketing planning roles for 20 years, having worked in media agency, research agency and client side roles during that time.
Petko has extensive experience in project management, opportunity assessment, business consulting, and business modeling across industry verticals. His experience in project and people management is grounded in both B2C and B2B international accounts.
Managing Director France
Stéphane has worked in market research for more than 25 years in major French agencies. In 2012, he took over the French office of Future Thinking as CEO.
Jason has held a number of CFO roles in media and tech companies over the past 15 years.
Group Company Secretary
David has more than 20 years of financial expertise working with companies experiencing periods of rapid growth or change. A chartered accountant, his focus is to maximise the development of the company.
Group Operations Director
With more than 25 years in the industry, Sue brings a wealth of commercial and management experience to our operations team. Sue is responsible for all aspects of research operational activity and associated support across the group.
