Anna has over twenty years experience directing and managing projects, working extensively across a wide range of sectors and specialisms. These include innovation, NPD, FMCG, Shopper, media/marcomms and customer experience for UK and global brands.
Head of FMCG
With 30 years’ experience within the industry, Ian heads up the FMCG team, working with some of the best-known global brands. Ian’s specialism is new product development, taking clients through the process of developing ideas and taking them through to successful launch.
Head of Communicate
Shaun joined Future Thinking in 2016. With over 15 year’s research experience Shaun specialises in media, advertising and marketing communications effectiveness, working with some of the world’s largest media owners and brands.
Head of Experience
Steve has been within the group since 1993. Heading up our customer experience division he specialises in customer, employee and social engagement research across service industries including transport, utilities, public sector, finance, sport and higher education.
