Senior Quantitative Field Executive

This role in the Field Department is focused on supporting the business in delivering high quality Field projects, on time and to budget.

We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic team player with a good eye for detail and a minimum of 2 years Field experience who is happy to get involved and help out where and when required. As many projects are completed on tablet sound technical/computer knowledge is essential together with a good grasp of Excel. You need to be a competent Project Manager and have the ability to undertake the day to day management of projects, targets and timelines, problem solving, quality control and have some understanding of project costings and budgets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Day to day field project management of F2F projects working with the internal and external teams to meet project targets and timelines problem solving and quality control.

Project Budgets – monitor and identify any issues that may impact project costs

 Quality control – ensuring the back checking process is undertaken, database updated and necessary actions implemented. Undertaking all relevant field checks and procedures to maintain highest quality standards. Ensuring GDPR/Data Security procedures are adhered to. You will be encouraged to go out into the Field to observe projects and interviewers

 Payroll Processing – Passing payclaims, and entering on Field database, dealing with pay related queries

 Other departmental administrative duties

 

What we want from you:

 The ability to work independently, to work well under pressure and have a keen eye for detail

 Be able to lease with internal research, operations and finance teams plus external Supervisors, interviewers and suppliers

 Good technical skills and computer/tablet literacy

 Competent using Excel and Word

 Ability to drive desirable, some travel to other offices and field locations

 Some knowledge of project costing and be able to identify cost saving opportunities and efficiencies
