Research Executive

Overview:

This role in the Client Servicing Team is focused on providing E2E junior level research project support within teams of Business Insight professionals of varying levels and expertise.

You will mainly be working with clients in our Experience division – think Telecoms and Financial Services sectors, among others. You will also be able to broaden your skills and knowledge by working on research projects in our Communicate and Launch divisions, as and when the opportunities arise.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

1.         The ability to work independently, to work well under pressure.

2.         Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

3.         A minimum of 1-2 years’ UK research agency experience

Key Objectives:

1.         You will be in a client facing role, with the opportunity to attend briefing meetings and presentations.

2.         You will also have the opportunity to build on your technical skills through writing questionnaires, overseeing script writing, analysing data, identifying meaningful insights.

3.         Supported by your manager, you will develop to take on more and more responsibility for running your own projects, with appropriate supervision from more senior colleagues.

4.         Working with internal teams in the UK and Sofia (Statistics, Data Processing, Creative Services and Field) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

5.         Taking an active interest in client development, getting close to our client to truly understand their commercial needs and proactively suggesting ways to improve our processes and deliverables.
