Black Friday … who were this year’s winners and losers?
Whilst the UK was set to spend close to £8bn on last week’s four day shopping extravaganza, the UK still remains unconvinced by Black Friday deals.
In our pre-Black Friday poll of 2,826 respondents, 51% believed Black Friday deals aren’t very good and are just a marketing gimmick.
Our latest poll, post Black Friday weekend, showed that 58% of us did engage in this year’s event and the troubled retail sector has undoubtedly been boosted by this year’s consumer buy-in.
