Future Thinking wins Mediatel award alongside Nuffield Health
Future Thinking is delighted to win the Mediatel award for Best Media Research Tracking Project at the 2019 awards ceremony, alongside our client Nuffield Health.
The awards celebrate innovation in survey design, creativity in data communication, insight and research effectiveness. The 2019 winners were revealed at the awards lunch on Tuesday 19 February 2019 at the Banking Hall, London.
Our entry From algorithms to analytics – how data science is helping Nuffield Health to build a connected health message and drive business success, integrated primary research with additional consumer data, created from multiple touch points and Nuffield Health’s own business data. The other finalists in the category were Channel 4 – PL4Y-Back and Sky – Sky AdSmart.
The research objective was to specifically measure and track KPIs for Nuffield Health’s overall brand and its gyms, hospitals and physios, benchmarked against key competitors. By doing so Nuffield could develop a greater understanding of the relationship between its marketing communications plan, media spend and customer experience/behaviour, including in-market performance against its competitors to help guide future strategy. This in turn would help to understand and optimise brand perceptions and engagement, to help build stronger relationships and trust with customers, patients and providers alike.
