CXP Audits & Personalisation Maturity

Personalisation of the customer experience is fast becoming an expectation amongst customers across sectors. People expect companies they have dealings with to use the data they hold on them to provide a unique or personalised experience based on their needs/preferences/known behaviours etc.

To optimise personalisation efforts, we’ve recently launched our Customer Experience Personalisation (CXP) Audits, aimed at understanding where business’ sit in terms of the maturity of these efforts.
